St. Paul’s Place Apartments II: 52 senior homes proposed on Lake Street
The Town’s project filing describes a proposed three-story, 52-unit affordable housing development for residents 55 and older at 930 Lake Street in Angola, directly north of the existing St. Paul’s Place apartments. The applicant’s environmental form identifies Episcopal Community Housing Inc. as the sponsor.
In March 2025, the Town Planning Board determined that the proposal would not have a significant adverse environmental impact. That finding does not confirm every required approval, construction, financing or leasing. We have not verified a start date, rents or current eligibility process.

Erie County Agribusiness Park
The Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation’s master plan concerns 1526 Eden-Evans Center Road. The state announced acceptance of a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on June 12, 2024. Town Board minutes record adoption of SEQR findings on March 19, 2025. Neither record establishes that buildings are complete, tenants are in place, or construction has started.
We will follow applications, permits, access, traffic and opening milestones from official records and direct business confirmation. A hoped-for opening date is not a permit or a grand opening.
Erie County reported completion of a segment of Eden Evans Center/West Church work. The Town posted a Versailles Plank Road bridge rehabilitation notice. Check agency updates for current traffic changes.
Infrastructure claims tied to private development need a project-specific record. We will seek Town and water-provider documents before linking a tower or main upgrade to an approval.
